Social Impact Center Albania (SICA), in collaboration with the Embassy of France in Albania, organized the launch of the international application “The Sorority”. This innovative solidarity platform aims to strengthen community response and support for women and girls.

The event gathered representatives from public institutions, civil society organizations, international partners, and various actors committed to promoting safety and gender equality.

With a global community of over 370,000 users, “The Sorority” offers an immediate response mechanism for risky situations, enabling nearby citizens to provide support and activate relevant institutions.

This activity served as a platform for dialogue and inter-institutional cooperation, highlighting the importance of technology in strengthening protection and community solidarity mechanisms.
