As part of the project “INCLUSSIVE – Improved and Innovative Capacities of Local Units for the Successful Social Integration of Vulnerable Entities,” the Counseling Line for Women and Girls conducted trainings with youth and women from the Kamza community, supported by the European Union Delegation.
The Counseling Line for Women and Girls organized a series of training sessions with youth and women from the Kamza community, aimed at informing them about labor market opportunities and preparing them for employment. The 8-day training with youth and women in the community focused on understanding the legal framework and non-discrimination in the workplace, the European Convention on Human Rights, the importance of preparing a CV, writing a motivation letter, interview processes, exploring and recognizing personal values, decision-making, negotiation, conflict resolution, gender equality, non-discrimination in the workplace, and the importance of a healthy work environment.
Participants expressed their satisfaction with the importance of attending such trainings and the effectiveness they had in preparing for the labor market.
