This 8th of March, We Held a Lively Discussion on Hate Speech, Sexism, and Workplace Discrimination

At the Security Academy in Tirana, we engaged in an open and productive discussion with police officers about hate speech and sexism in the media, as well as the discrimination faced by women in uniform simply because they are women. We extend our gratitude to the Ambassador of the Netherlands for his valuable presence and insights, the Deputy General Director of State Police for outlining governmental measures to combat sexism within the police force, and the Commissioner for Protection against Discrimination for introducing relevant reporting tools.
